Apparently I am suffering from the dampness. I saw an acupuncturist who told me based on my energy level, swollen glands, feeling of fullness, foggy thoughts and depression that dampness was my issue.
I also told her about a cold I have been fighting since last Saturday. She asked me to lie down on the table and I was concerned that flat on my back, mouth breathing would be my only option. She placed a needle to the left of my left nostril and behind my left ear and nearly instantly I could breathe clearly from my nose. I am not sure if I believe it all the way or understand but I know I am excited to go back next week.
